EDS Foundation: Guidelines
The organization must be verified as a nonprofit or charitable organization (or equivalent) according to each country's rules and regulations. For the U.S., the organization must have a 501(c)(3) IRS tax-exempt code. The organization must have a current EDS employee volunteer partnership.
