EDS Foundation: Applications
Grant seekers must complete the appropriate foundation application and submit all supplemental information requested.
2008 Meeting Dates
- 28 Apr 2008 – Proposals due 25 Feb 2008
- 25 Aug 2008 – Proposals due 30 Jun 2008
- 8 Dec 2008 – Proposals due 13 Oct 2008
Proposals are required to arrive in the Foundation office on or before the proposal due dates.
For organizations in the U.S., please download and complete the U.S. Application for Funding - 2008 $$fileinfo(/about/community/foundation/downloads/app_us.doc)$$ .
For organizations outside the U.S., please download and complete the Non-U.S. Application for Funding - 2008 $$fileinfo(/about/community/foundation/downloads/app_nonus.doc)$$ .
Non-U.S. applications require a minimum request of $10,000 USD and must be completed in English.
To comply with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), a due diligence questionnaire for contributions must be completed and attached with the application. The FCPA makes it illegal for a U.S. person (including corporate entities like EDS) to offer, promise or give money or anything of value directly, or indirectly (through agents or intermediaries), to non-U.S. government officials, political parties or candidates for political office, or officials of public international organizations (charities), to obtain or retain business or secure any improper advantage. Please complete the Due Diligence Questionnaire for Contributions - Exhibit A $$fileinfo(/about/community/foundation/downloads/ddq_contributions_exhibit_A.doc)$$ and return with the Non-U.S. Application. Please submit three copies of the application and questionnaire.
